Chennai Super Kings are one win away from sealing a spot in the Semi Finals of CLT20 2013. They have two matches left in the group stage and tonight they face Brisbane Heat at Ranchi. Brisbane Heat is yet to taste a victory having lost two in two. The Aussie team led by James Hopes hasn’t looked that competitive to be honest. Unless there is a miracle, one can’t see them beating a powerful Chennai Super Kings team.

CSK will try not to be complacent and would know the fact that they can ease into the Semis if they play anywhere near their potential tonight. Their batting needs to click all the time though as the heavy dew conditions are making it difficult for the bowlers to defend any sort of total. So far, CSK has won its two games comfortably without quite utilizing all its resources whether it is in the batting or in the bowling.

Ranchiites will get another opportunity to see some fireworks in the middle especially from the CSK batsmen like Raina, Dhoni and Hussey. Weather is likely to be an issue tonight with the forecast predicting scattered thunderstorms.
