The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) treasurer Arun Dhumal has clarified that the Board has not given any instructions to its players over the kind of food to consume. He said that they have no role in deciding the team’s menu and the players are free to choose what they want to eat.

Former India medium pacer Chetan Sharma was on Thursday appointed as the chairman of the senior national selection panel by the BCCI's Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC).
